This honeyed treasure trove of health, with anise-like aroma and taste, is used for eye, lung and kidney problems, muscle relaxation as well as for improving both appetite and metabolism. Therefore, our Fennel brandy is an ideal aperitif, but also an aromatic umami in various dishes and cakes. It is obtained by maceration of fennel in our domestic komovica.
