Wild rowanberry
This wild fruit is ubiquitous in the Mediterranean climate, and yet, it is still so exotic that few have tasted it and even fewer have ever heard of it. It is an injustice that we ought to correct, so we combined all its miraculous properties in a wild rowanberry liqueur. The sweetness, astringency and fermented inebriation that moves the ground under your feet even when you taste the freshly picked fruit are powerfully highlighted by maceration. The result is a unique, nobly pagan nectar that will make you drink it bottoms up with gusto even when you have no idea what it is made from!
