A visit to the wine cellar

Even amateurs, when it comes to knowledge about winemaking, will be delighted to wander around the only wine cellar in the world housed in a World War II military tunnel. The climatic properties and tunnel’s impermeability to light provide ideal conditions for storing and preserving wine, and its turbulent and glorious past is full of interesting stories and anecdotes. We know them all!

Of course, we also made sure that each sip is accompanied by a selected bite of local Dalmatian delicacies. With Vis platter, your taste buds will be tickled by fish pâté, salted and marinated anchovies, cheese selection, olives, caper buds, bread, and Lipanović olive oil.
